Cobian Reflector • Folder/Files with ä/ö/ü and Task Size not showing

Good morning from Vienna,

I got two problems, which I can't seem to solve by myself.

1. ä/ö/ü
I got a couple of folders and files, which contain those German special characters.
The problem occures when I try to back it up to my QNAP NAS via ftp. Folders/Files won't show up in windows explorer but are displayed when using FileStation directly on the QNAP NAS. The folder is not accessible and not writeable.
I can manually create a folder with ä/ö/ü (no matter if via windows explorer or FileStation) on the NAS without problem though.
Thanks to trial and error I found out that when I switch the command encoding under advanced options from "westeuropäisch windows" to "Deutsch IA5" all folders/files are copied and displayed correctly but the ä/ö/ü are substituted with different characters. This is an improvement since now all folder/files with ä/ö/ü are copied but it would be nice if these characters are displayed correctly too.
2. Task Size
All tasks run fine but SRV011 show 0 bytes. I noticed that the icons are different for SRV010 and SRV011 under "Source".
