As now I really don't know id the issue is that a task is not started, which task, or if the problem is that there are errors that are not being logged or why is there an arrow pointing to Delete log files or.... You get the point.

Hopefully I cover everything you need this time. Let me know if I am missing something.

The issue is the the task randomly does not always actually run when requested. I will screen shot a good task result and a bad task result.
