Cobian Reflector • German letters

Hallo,
the software works fine, but it does not keep german signs like "ä,ü,ö" in the Backup.
For example a directory is called "Jürgen_Arbeit", in the backup there is "Jürgen_Arbeit".
Is there an solution?
