Cobian Reflector • Scheduler not working (2)

Hello Cobian,
I'm an "OLD" CBU user (incidentally need to register again)
that's really great to see you back in the game

Just got an updated system and decided to switch to Reflector
1- successfully install Reflector
2- also import saved "old list"
3- try to run some tasks ... (that were running well under Gravity)

It seems that Scheduler doesn't work properly
One task runs on a timer, CBinterface keeps asking a "time", which is there
If ran manually the task complete successfully
I've read a previous post on the same subject and checked everything
