Cobian Reflector • Incremental backup problem

I want to make an incremental backup of a google drive folder on a USB HD (I set the folder as available offline, so I have the files available on the PC and I can use the shadow copy).
The first full backup starts perfectly.
But if I add a couple of files to the source folder, when I restart the incremental/differential backup it does not backup any files, even though the total file count increases by the 2 files added.

This is an example, the first is a complete backup, the second is a differential backup, with 1 new file. Cobian find the new file, because the count of file go from 3 to 4, but the backup file is zero.
