Cobian Reflector • Unable to install in win 11

In event viewer I see this error (see below) after the installer (2.7.20) exits without any message. N.B. I had reflector working for years with my previous win10 PC. I moved the installed apps with a specific tool (PCtodotrans) but the Cobian reflector wasn't working anymore in the new win 11 PC. So I decided to do a complete uninstall (obviously saving the configuration) purging everything but the new installation attempt (no matter if installed as application for a sigle user or all users or as a service) is always stuck on this error. Win 11 version is 2H23 updated to date. Here is the error from EV (sorry for the italian):
