Cobian Reflector • Corrupted files

My backup worked fine since years, I have reflector 0.9 version installed in one machine, but now I need to recover one file and I see that all files are corrupted or encrypted. I do not use compression. Can I recover the file?

I've updated Reflector to the last version on this computer, and now the files are correct. But I need to recover this XLS file because I have important data on it.
