Hello.
Cobian is a fantastic and well-featured app. Thank you to the creator.
I have a fairly complex backup routine setup at this point, and all is working well except one big thing.
The last task is set to hibernate the CPU after it's done.
I have a report email set to go out after the batch is done as well, and these two features don't seem to play nice with each other.
I can test the email report feature fine, and the hibernate feature itself works fine.
However, nothing I've done allows the email report to finish sending before the CPU hibernates.
I've tried adding in a delay event before the hibernate event, but I'm thinking it doesn't work because the delay itself must still count as being 'within' the task, so the email still doesn't try to send until AFTER the delay and once the hibernate event has already initiated.
The last thing in the log file is that the email server suddenly disconnected - most likely since the CPU with Cobian starts to hibernate and breaks all connections.
This seems like a pretty big issue for these two features to not work at the same time.
Am I missing something or does someone have a workaround? The one post I already found on this forum didn't really address the issue.
Thanks,
Magestyx
