Ok... some updates on this issue:
I'm using a QNAP NAS with default settings. The Windows machine has full permissions to write on the FTP directories. No antivirus on the server and Windows default Firewall with a rule to allow all traffic from and to the NAS Server. I'm using plain FTP, no SFTP implemented yet. Could no SFTP cause some problem?
I've changed the FTP settings on Cobian Reflector to use "passive mode" and now the error has changed. When the program tries to copy the backup files to the NAS I get Input string was not in a correct format for each file.
2024-01-15 10:30:13 The directory "\\VMTESTSQL\Backups" has been backed up.

EDIT: The NAS supports SFTP, so I tried making backups through that means and from that change onwards all copies were made correctly. I will definitely continue that way. Thank you very much for the help!
EDIT: El NAS soporta SFTP, por lo que probé hacer los backups por ese medio y a partir de ese cambio todas las copias se hicieron correctamente. Definitivamente continuaré de esa forma. Muchas gracias por la ayuda!
