I lose files when using Cobian Reflector
The file transfer scheme is as follows - the company sends us orders in .xml ftp format and the task moves the files into two folders, but sometimes the file disappears, the company with which the exchange is made looked at the log files and reported that the document was sent to us.
Could you please explain what to do? Perhaps I set the parameters incorrectly. Also, is it possible to save a backup copy of the file that is transferred for this task?
