O backup incremental no HD externo não está movendo os novos arquivos criados ou modificados.
Ele copia poucas coisas, mas os arquivos novos não. Preciso fazer algum ajuste para que ele crie o backup incremental?

Incremental backup on external HD is not touching new files created or modified.
It copies few things, but not new files. Do I need to make any adjustments for it to create the incremental backup?
