Cobian Reflector • Cobian Reflector Service Stopped

I installed the latest Cobian Reflector version as a service, ran a manual backup of a small directory, everything worked well. I shutdown overnight (Windows 7), and prepared to backup a larger directory this morning. However, there wasn't a Reflector icon in the lower right corner. When I looked at services, both cobian services were stopped.I do not have permissions to start the services (access is denied).
What might I be doing wrong?
