Cobian Reflector • Engine not found

Apologies if this is a common question, but I was not allowed to search for this in the FAQ or here.

I installed Reflector, and I think I was able to get one backup. Next time I tried, I upgraded to V2.5.00. Now I get "engine not found" and all my tasks are gone. I rebooted, but still can't get it to work.
