To avoid the errors of copying the NTFS permissions (SeSecurityPrivilege was disabled for the executive user) I added this user to the policy "Manage auditing and security log". This policy can be found in the "Local Security Policy" (secpol.msc) - "Security Settings" - "Local Policy" - "User Rights Assignment" - "Manage auditing and security log", which is per default allowed only for local admins.
If I try to use the Zip or 7Zip option to get a compressed archive there comes a note "Monolithic compression works only with local sources..." Does that mean that the Cobian Reflector has to be executed on the machine containing the source files and the network drive has to be the destination of the backup?
