Cobian Reflector • %FORMATDATETIME in Mail subject

I followed your recommendation regarding parameter %FORMATDATETIME so I set mail subject this way:Next screenshot shows how I set alternative date-time format:But I still been getting these mail subjects:Please, could you tell me what I did wrong?
