Cobian Reflector • System Volume Information error

I'm getting the following error when doing a full backup of a volume:
ERR 2021-11-16 03:13:46 An error occurred while listing the content of the directory "D:\System Volume Information": (5) Access is denied: [\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy5\System Volume Information]

Should I exclude this directory from the full backup? For what it's worth, I did not have to exclude this folder with Gravity 11.
