Yes its unchecked. It seems to be a bug/error in windows since the Rmdir function works perfectly fine on one computer running win11 pro but it fails on two other computers running win11 pro and win10. So whatever windows bug it is its inconsistent(maybe a windows update issue)."never ignore empty folders for full backup" should be uncheck if the backup is full.
