Cobian Reflector • Only a port of a directory is backed-up. how can?

Setup:
Using CR 2.3.8 on Windows 11.
I am a photographer and have a quite large directory of RAW photos organized by year:
1.25 TB
385 sub-directories
59.500 files.

Doing a full backup, the last 20 directories are NOT backed-up.
Dus CR has any limitations I run against?
#files; # directories max size?

The task is setup as follows:
General
enabled
include subdirectories
use archive attributes
use volume shadow copies
Files
E\C1-Cat (backup OK)
E:\C1-Output (BU OK)
E:\C1-Toolkit (BU OK)
E:\RAW (NOT OK)
Other tabs are blank except:
Advanced
Always create top parent folder
Clear archive attribute

Any advice / hints would be appreciated.
