Cobian Reflector • Access Denied Message for Backup Target Drive

I just installed Cobian Reflector, ran my first backup task, and received an Access Denied error message for the backup target drive. I ran the Permissions Repair tool, but it did not list the target drive. Also, I set the permissions in Windows to have anyone update the drive. Any thoughts?
