Cobian Reflector • VSS related - An unexpected error occurred: Illegal characters: ["] in path.

I have other computers running Reflector - without an issue.

On this one I am getting this error. It only occurs when "Use Volume Shadows Copy" is enabled.
This Same Computer had Cobian Backup 11 on it and was using working fine (with VSS)

I've noted other like errors posted here - this does not seem to be a file naming problem - or the same as those.

Any Thoughts on troubleshooting this?
