Cobian Reflector • backup open Outlook PST files not working

Second issue:
The underneith logfile shows that The Volume Shadow Copy image has been successfully created.
Yet, the backup of open Outlook files fails :
"Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier car un autre processus en a verrouillé une partie" means:
"The process can't access the file because another process has partially locked it".

This used to work years ago in Gravity but became problematic with Windows 10.
Is this purely related to the way Windows 10 protects open files, in another way than previous Windows versions?
Is their any hope you can find a solution to this?
