Cobian Reflector • Edit Directories

Is there a way to go into a directory hive and select multiple folders to exclude, IE, I am backing up my User folder, and want to exclude Appdata, .config, local setting ETC, just would like to be able to exclude a hand full with out selecting each one individually, just wondering, have had no issue with the platform, works great.
