Cobian Backup 11 (Gravity) • Question on Incremental Backup

I setup a backup to use Microsoft One Cloud. Incremental Backup with one full backup every 7 days and to keep 1 full backup. I find that none of my older full backups are being deleted. Am I missing something? Is it a One Cloud issue?
