Hmm.. are you sure that this is the actual behavior? Only the top level directory (or file) will get the time stamp:

- TopLevelFolder 2022-05-10 00;00;00
- - SubFolder
- - - SubSubFolder
- - - SubSubFolder
- - - SubSubFolder
