Hello,
we are running HA enterprise and running Cobian for a backup solution.
Would it be possible to run Cobian/Reflector with at least two simultaneous copy operations per task?
We do have a 40Gbe backbone, but TCP/UDP single stream still has limits in speed (even with RSS).
Ideally, we would like to have the possibility to tell a solution to do more than one copy/backup operation at a time.
Is this even possible in new Reflector?
I know in previous generations you wrote about HDD limits, but having NVMe and SSD it is no longer the case Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.
So example 4x SSD RAID 10 LUN has SAS3 ~2GB/s -> ISCSI (40Gbe) -> Server (Cobian) -> Backup Destination.
As I mentioned manually initiating 4x different "Copy" operations saturate the link and at least for us would net gain ~3.5x backup speed.
Will be waiting for reply.
